Free transfer of current machine readable data into the MSDS ExPress database.
If you have data on your MSDS's, Vendor's, Departments, or training data currently stored in other databases or spreadsheets we will transfer them into the MSDS ExPress or Training ExPress database free of charge when you order any of our systems. All you will need to do is provide the data in machine-readable form on disk or CD-ROM and we will load the data into our database and send it back to you ready to scan in your documents. This will save you many hours and allow you to get your system up and running in a short amount of time.

Data entry of MSDS, Vendor, and Department data.
ImageTrak Software will do the data entry and scanning of MSDS's. You will need to provide us with the MSDS documents and the associated vendor and department data. ImageTrak Software will perform this data entry and scanning of MSDS's for $4.00 per MSDS.

Installation of the software and on site training.
ImageTrak can provide installation and training at your site on a custom basis. The cost will depend on the number of people you want to have trained and the topics you wish to cover. The cost is $1,000/day plus travel expenses.

You can combine the above services to provide a complete system with minimal effort on your part.
